After completing the course, the students should be able:

  • To underline the Nurses’ responsibilities concerning the Nursing Practice.
  • To develop the appropriate communication skills following the law.
  • To be aware of the ethical dilemmas arising from the Nursing Practice and develop procedures for finding solutions.

The aim of the course is for students to understand the legislation that covers the nursing profession and the responsibility of the Nurse in exercising of his work. As well as to enable students to deal effectively with modern ethical-moral dilemmas in order to protect morally and legally both patients and themselves.
